We can accommodate up to 4 guests. You will have an entire apartment with all the comforts of home. You will be close to the shops, the Tramway and the Nice Etoile shopping center.
There are two comfortable bedrooms with plenty of space to unwind; a fully equipped kitchen that is ideal for preparing meals with ease, complete with appliances and ample storage. The apartment is stylishly appointed with contemporary decor, creating a cozy atmosphere for your stay

May 2025Perfect Location for Exploring Nice
This was our first time in Nice, and we had an adventurous time exploring the French Riviera. Jennifer and Tam were lovely hosts, flexible, very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is in the perfect location for exploring Nice and nearby towns. Highly recommended! Specifically for the location as it is a few blocks from the main train station and lots of amazing restaurants. The washer and dryer combo was also a plus.

This is the best B&B during our trip in Europe for the past 2 months. Everything is ok and communication with the host is also good. Will highly recommend this place to future guests.
One reminder, only the living room and 1 bedroom have the air-conditioner. It is not a problem during our stay as the air-conditioner in living room is near to that room without air-conditioning. There is a fan inside that room.
